With the use of SharePoint Designer 2007, you can easily override the target of all the "Supporting Files" as they're referred to, by following these steps:

  1. Open the target site in SharePoint Designer 2007.

  2. Expand Lists to show your target list.

  3. Right click on your list.

  4. From the popup menu, click "Properties".

  5. On the List Properties dialog window, click the "Supporting Files" tab.

  6. Note the items for the Display, New and Edit forms.

  7. Click the appropriate "Browse" button to change the target.

  8. Navigate to the new target page and select it.

  9. Click "OK" until all modal windows are closed.

  10. Refresh your page in your browser and try the action again.
